These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SharpLine Analytics LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("SharpLine," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of the SharpLine website and analytics service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal sports-wagering age in every jurisdiction that applies to you. You are solely responsible for knowing whether sports betting is legal where you are and for complying with those laws. Using SharpLine does not make betting legal anywhere it otherwise isn't.
SharpLine is an informational and analytical tool. It compares sportsbook odds against reference prices and shows statistical calculations such as expected value.
If betting stops being fun, stop. Help is available at 1-800-GAMBLER.
SharpLine costs $49.00 per month and renews automatically. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. We collect your payment method at signup; your first charge occurs when the trial ends, and then monthly until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. Continuing to subscribe after that date means you accept the new price.
You can cancel anytime, in either of two ways:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where the law requires otherwise.
Your subscription is for you, personally. You agree not to:
SharpLine owns the Service, including its software, models, calculations, design, and content. Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted.
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of your agreement with us.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. Odds move quickly; data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SharpLine's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is capped at the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — and that expressly includes your betting losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will notify you by email or by notice in the app, and the updated Terms will show a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
